Open Enrollment runs from October 27 through November 21, 2025, with any changes taking effect on January 1, 2026. During this time, eligible members can add dependents, change dental plans, or, in some cases, change medical plans.

If you are satisfied with your current coverage and remain eligible, no action is required and your coverage will continue automatically.
